Fold the cap in half and

20 CH. I tied the hat 2 times, so that the ties and the magic ring are the magic ring

We tie the bottom of the hat with milk nit magic rings, making decavs through the magic ring every
2-3-4 loops (at your discretion, so that the magic ring hat comfortably wraps around the neck of the magic ring mouse)
